Renee was turning 40 by the time of the photoshoot. It was a gift from her to herself. She wanted to be captured as the woman she had become after two years of self-development and challenging herself in so many ways.
Her portraits turned to be very different from each other: from the big smile that characterises her to the strong empowered woman she has built herself to be. Her tears of joy when seeing the photos told me that my job was done. And it seems to have been a good one!
